2. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders placed through our website. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and crafted to your specifications. Please note that as all products are made-to-order, cancellations or exchanges are not possible once an order is placed. We urge customers to review their order carefully before confirming.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for international orders are additional and are calculated based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where it is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
Delivery Time:
- For all orders, the delivery time is approximately 30 to 40 business days, depending on the garment ordered.

Please note that delivery can be delayed if any of the following information is missing or inaccurate:
- Incomplete payment
- Incorrect/incomplete shipping address
- Missing measurements
- Lack of response from the customer
Shipping Address Changes: You can change the shipping address only before it is billed or shipped. To update the shipping address, please contact us immediately.

4. Duties and Taxes

For Indian Customers: All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers: The product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. You, as the recipient, are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are to be paid directly to customs authorities at the time of delivery in your country.

5. Cancellations and Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, cancellations or exchanges are not accepted as all our products are made-to-order. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.

6. Delivery Attempts and Rescheduling

If you are unavailable when the order arrives, our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Our Customer Care Team will then contact you to discuss the issue and assist you in rescheduling the delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
The wrong product was delivered to you

10. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the product is damaged or tampered with during delivery, please refuse the package and return it to the courier with all original packaging intact. Report this immediately to our Customer Care Team for further assistance.

If the wrong product is delivered to you, contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a reverse pick-up and deliver the correct product at the earliest.

There is no limit on the quantity of products you can order. Feel free to shop as much as you need!
