Given the custom nature of our garments, we’ve crafted a clear and fair Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our bespoke pieces.

1. Order Cancellation

As a luxury brand specializing in customized formal wear, we begin crafting your garment as soon as your order is placed. Therefore, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the item has not yet entered the production process. Once the production process begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.

2. Refunds

Due to the customized and luxury nature of our garments, we typically do not offer refunds unless the following conditions are met:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the garment you receive is defective, damaged, or not as per the design and specifications you provided, we will issue a full refund or offer an exchange, based on your preference.

  • Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, fabric, or design), we will either provide a full refund or a replacement, at no extra cost to you.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include clear photographs of the defective or incorrect item to assist us in processing the return and refund.

3. Return Policy

Because our garments are bespoke and made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please ensure that all customization details (such as size, fabric, and design) are correct before confirming your order.

In the case of a valid return (defective or incorrect items), we will arrange for the return shipment and process a full refund or exchange.

4. Process for Returns & Refunds

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and describe the issue, including photographs of the defective or incorrect product.
  3. If the return is approved, we will guide you through the return process, including return shipping instructions. We will cover the return shipping costs if the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for an exchange, as per your preference.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong product (wrong size, design, or fabric).

Exchanges for other reasons, such as changing your mind or selecting the wrong size, cannot be accommodated. Please ensure that all customization details are correct before confirming your purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in the process.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. If you are returning a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Customization Errors

Since we specialize in luxury bespoke clothing, please review all customization details (size, fabric, and design) carefully when placing your order. We are not responsible for customization errors provided by the customer, but if a mistake is made in the production process, we will correct it at no additional charge.

8. International Orders

For international customers, if you wish to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

9. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that gift cards and products purchased on sale or through special promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where required by law.
