At Hash Brown Studio, we are dedicated to delivering your luxury, custom-made formal wear to you with utmost care. Each garment is meticulously crafted to reflect the revival and preservation of our culture’s past, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and a personalized experience. 1. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within India. The cost of shipping is completely borne by us.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, volume of the product, and the delivery location. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of inquiry or checkout.

Note: Delivery charges for international orders are subject to change, you can verify the International Delivery Charges according to your location through our WhatsApp Number or Email.

2. Shipping Address Changes

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: All our pieces are handcrafted at our studio, and the delivery time for most orders is 30 to 40 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Urgent Deliveries: If you require an urgent delivery, please get in touch with us directly via +91 8054279332 or info@hashbrownstudio.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request and expedite the process.

Please Note: Delays can occur if the following information is missing or incomplete:

  1. Full payment is not received
  2. Incorrect or incomplete address details
  3. Missing or incomplete size measurements
  4. Lack of response from the customer

4. Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable when your order arrives, our courier partner will attempt to contact you prior to delivery. A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

If this occurs, our Customer Care Team will reach out to you to resolve the issue and arrange for the best possible solution.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can track the journey of your order in real-time by visiting the courier partner’s website and entering your tracking number.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For Indian Customers: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

  • For International Customers: Our products are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the product prices displayed do not include any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying these charges upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any applicable fees.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the courier personnel with all original packaging intact. Report the incident to our Customer Care Team immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.

In the unlikely event that the wrong product is delivered to you, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and deliver the correct product as soon as possible.

8. Multiple Product Orders

If you place an order with multiple products that have different dispatch dates, all items will be shipped together once all products in your order are ready. 9. Order Tracking and Shipping Notifications

10. Made-to-Order Service

All products from Hash Brown Studio are made-to-order. Once you submit your order and measurements, our stylists will get in touch with you for further assistance. Please ensure all details, such as size, fabric, and design choices, are accurate before confirming your order.

11. Delivery Limitations

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen delays caused by external factors (e.g., third-party courier issues, customs delays, or force majeure). In such cases, we do not take responsibility for any delays caused by external circumstances.

12. Returns & Cancellations

As a luxury fashion brand offering bespoke, made-to-order garments, we have a strict no-return policy unless there are defects in the product or an error on our part. For more details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for further information.

13. Color Discrepancies

Please note that due to variations in screen settings and lighting conditions, the color of the product you receive may slightly differ from what you see on our website. We ensure that all products are photographed under standard lighting to represent the true color as accurately as possible.
